Koyel is the Bengali film actress born on 28 th April, 1982 in Kolkata to parents Ranjit and Deepa Mallik. She went to Modern High School and Gokhle Memorial Girl s College. Her debut film was Nater Guru in 2003, and television debut with a talk show called Katha O Kahini. She appeared in various commercial ads. She married Nispal Singh. Her latest release is Mitin Mashi and Sesh Theke Suru. She won BFJA award for Hemlock Society with other awards. Some of her films are Bandhan, Mahanayak and Premi No.1 (Odia film).
