Rahu

The position of this planet is generally south west. It is also known as a dragon. It is ruler over aardra and swathi nakshatras. The body of the asur also became Ketu owing to a boon. It consumes the moon some time for causing the Lunar Eclipses. There is an idea of True Rahu and Mean Rahu in the Vedic Astrology.
